In this NBA All-Star news conference, both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving saw nothing wrong with requesting trades from the Brooklyn Nets. Durant thought it brought added attention to the NBA, making it "great for the league." Irving asked, "why doesn't anybody have the ability to ask for trades?" Both players are looking ahead, with Durant receiving standing ovations in Phoenix despite not having played a game there yet, while Irving has found his "peace of mind" in Dallas.
