Joe DeMayo on Jonathan Santucci, Mets second-round pick: 'This is a high-upside college arm'

SNY Contributor Joe DeMayo says that the Mets may have struck gold, drafting left-handed pitcher Jonathan Santucci out of Duke. Pre-draft talk had Santucci as a first round talent but a rib injury and some command issues caused him to fall to the 46th pick in the second round. With a repertoire that features three plus pitches, Santucci has the potential to be a strong middle of the rotation presence.
