Description: Jets interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich felt the Jets offense was playing well in their 19-9 loss to the Rams and felt confident they could convert on fourth downs. The Jets were just two for five in converting but the real issue according to Ulbrich was the lack of success in the red zone: "We just didn't get it done in the red zone, gotta fix that."

Mets manager Carlos Mendoza attributed Tylor Megill's uneven outing was the inability to get ahead of the hitters in the 6-3 loss. Megill felt he threw plenty of strikes but acknowledged the high pitch count which ended his night after five innings. Francisco Lindor had the toughest night of all, calling his defensive miscues "unacceptable," and bluntly stating "I have to be better."

Pete Alonso and Juan Soto each homered, but the rest of the Mets lineup went quiet in a 6-3 loss to the Twins. Francisco Lindor had a particularly rough night, making a costly error leading to a Twins run and going 0-for-2 with runners in scoring position, including the final out of the game.
