Jeff Ulbrich comments on possible lineup changes for banged up Jets vs Jaguars
12/14/2024, 2:29 AM
Jets interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich acknowledged injuries to cornerbacks D.J. Reed and Michael Carter plus special teams standouts Irv Charles and Kene Nawangwu will necessitate other players "stepping up" when they travel to Jacksonville on Sunday. It could be the first NFL start for defensive back Qwan'Tez Stiggers and Ulbrich is "excited for him." The loss of Charles and Nwangwu on special teams means Brandin Echols and Xavier Gipson will be called upon to help fill the void.
