In this Mets vs Giants post game news conference, J.D. Davis credited hitting coaches Eric Chavez and Jeremy Barnes for working with him to get untracked on a 4-5 night with a pair of doubles in the Mets 13-3 win. Davis was also impressed with David Peterson's outing and not at all surprised by Pete Alonso's three-run homer. Davis: "A great team win, when you have eighteen hits and thirteen runs, I think everybody did well."
