As for the loss, Dart pulled no punches in offering they got beat in all three phases of the game which is "not ideal."

Giants interim head coach Mike Kafka admitted their 33-15 loss in New England on Monday night was "not our best effort." He called Jaxson Dart "a tough kid" after the rookie QB absorbed a big hit along the sideline from Patriots' linebacker Christian Elliss. Before addressing his return to the starting lineup, Giants rookie QB Jaxson Dart took time out to thank former head coach Brian Daboll saying, "Who knows if I'd be in this position without him here." He acknowledged how difficult it was to be in concussion protocol and watch from the sideline but is thrilled to be back for a primetime game that you always "circle on your calendar."

Calling it an "adjustment for sure," Charlie Bullen talked about his first week as the Giants' new defensive coordinator. Bullen has already implemented some wrinkles including a defensive backs tackling drill and focusing more on proper gap alignment in hopes of improving the team's run defense.
