Aaron Boone seemed cautiously optimistic after the Yankees dropped Game 1 of the ALCS to the Houston Astros on Wednesday. Boone discussed his thought process behind bringing in Schmidt for Taillon, as well as the dominance of Justin Verlander for the Astros. Boone also discussed Matt Carpenter's 0-for-4 performance.
