The Mets and Braves continue their series on Friday night in Atlanta at 7:20 p.m. on SNY.
Mets Notes
After their 6-3 win over the Braves last night, the Mets own the best winning percentage in the National League (.667). They also moved their road record this season to 6-1. ...Pete Alonso isn't in the lineup tonight, but manager Mickey Callaway said it was a scheduled day off for the rookie. Alonso smashed the hardest-hit home run to dead center field last night at 118.3 mph. That is tied for ninth in the hardest-hit homers ever recorded in the Statcast era. He also leads the league in home runs, RBI (13) and batting average (.667) after the sixth inning.
