MLB players around the league are still trying to find some sort of activity to do to remain prepared for the upcoming season -- whenever it comes around. And that includes players still trying to search for their new home in the league.

Former Mets RHP Matt Harvey is among them.

Posting to his Instagram story on Sunday, Harvey was seen at a local baseball field throwing from the mound. And his fastball still has some pop...

Harvey is no longer with the Angels, the team he had a whopping 7.09 ERA with last season in 12 starts. So he's looking for a new team.

It would be a longshot to see a reunion with the Mets, given their current pitching staff is stocked up with starters and bullpen pieces. But it's still good to see Harvey trying his best to stay ready.
