MLBPipeline.com released its preseason Top 100 prospect rankings on Saturday with three Yankees cracking the list, headlined by outfielder Jasson Dominguez, who came in at No. 54.

Dominguez signed with the Yankees out of the Dominican Republic as a 16-year-old and has yet to play a professional game, but has drawn rave reviews from scouts across the game.

"He's a well above-average runner who could be a 30-30 threat while manning center field," according to MLB Pipeline. "With a strong arm and quick feet, he's suited to play almost anywhere on the diamond and some clubs even worked him out as a catcher, though that position would sap some of his offensive production."

Clarke Schmidt also earned a Top 100 nod, coming in at No. 88 in MLB.com's rankings. The right-handed pitcher was the 16th overall pick in the 2017 Draft after spending three years at the University of South Carolina.

Schmidt, 23, pitched at three different levels in 2019, finishing the season at Double-A Trenton, where he allowed just five runs over 19 innings in three starts. In 19 total appearances (18 starts), he went 6-5 with a 3.47 ERA, striking out 102 hitters over 90 2/3 innings, while walking just 28. Schmidt returned from Tommy John surgery in June.

Deivi Garcia is the final Yankee on the Top 100 list, ranked at No. 92. The 20-year-old right-handed pitcher shot through the farm system in 2019, going from High-A Tampa to Triple-A Scranton, and was ranked as MLB Pipeline's top Yankee prospect at the start of last season.

At the time, MLB Pipeline said "Garcia's best pitch is a high-spin curveball with so much depth that he'll have to prove he can land it for strikes when more advanced hitters don't chase it out of the zone as often. He also gets good spin on his fastball, which plays better than its 91-96 mph velocity with deceptive riding life. He made strides with his fading changeup in 2018, creating optimism that it can become at least a solid third offering."

Garcia finished with a 5-9 record and a 4.28 ERA across three levels in 2019, but managed to strikeout 165 hitters in 111 1/3 innings.

All three Yankee prospects also made Baseball America's Top 100 list, which was released earlier this week.
