What games/programming will I be able to watch?

Qualified subscribers will have access to all SNY Mets games and programming, year-round Jets content and coverage of all New York sports 24/7. This includes the network’s pregame and postgame coverage. Regular season games exclusively broadcast by national networks (Fox, ESPN, Apple) or WPIX are not included in this offering.

Will I be able to watch postseason games with this product?

No. All postseason games are broadcast exclusively by national networks.

Will I be able to watch any other SNY programming in addition to live games?

Yes. SNY subscribers will have 24/7 streaming access to SNY. SNY is an Emmy Award winning, multiplatform regional sports network in the New York Metropolitan area airing unparalleled coverage of the New York Mets, Jets and all things New York sports. SNY is the official television home of the New York Mets, televising live games each season with exclusive pre- and post-game programs, plus additional Mets entertainment programming airing throughout the calendar year. As the official television home of the New York Jets, SNY delivers more than 300 hours of exclusive year-round content devoted to Jets football. 

Will WPIX Games be included with my subscription?

No. Only Mets games that air on SNY are included.

How Do I Stream Mets Games in the New York Mets Home Television Territory?

Fans who live inside the Mets Home Television Territory and have either SNY as part of their TV package or purchase a NY in-market subscription package are eligible to stream SNY Mets games. This offer is for Mets fans in the Club’s Home Television Territory and is a separate service than the MLB.TV out of market package.

I am receiving a blackout message after selecting a Mets game

You are seeing a blackout message for one of three reasons.

The game is not being aired on SNY.
You have not authenticated your provider credentials. You can link your provider credentials here. If you have any issues with your provider account you will need to contact your Pay TV provider.
The game is a national or WPIX exclusive and is unavailable for streaming on SNY.

How Do I Stream SNY Mets Games if I live outside of the Mets home television territory?

To stream SNY Mets games outside of the Mets home television territory, you will need to purchase an MLB.TV subscription. Please visit MLB.TV for full details.

Can MLB.TV Subscribers watch SNY Mets games on MLB.TV in the Mets home television territory?

Only users with access to SNY will be able to stream SNY Mets games in the Mets home television territory. MLB.TV subscribers will not have access to in-market Mets games without the SNY subscription.

I am a Single Team Mets MLB.TV Subscriber outside of the Mets Home Television Territory - how does this new product apply to me?

Single Team Mets MLB.TV subscribers will be able to stream all Mets games airing on SNY as well as the SNY Network 24/7 linear feed in the MLB App.

SNY Network 24/7 Streaming Availability

SNY Network 24/7 coverage will be available in the MLB app by Opening Day. Until that date, select Mets Spring Training games will be available to authenticated subscribers.

Requirements:

You must receive SNY as part of your Pay TV subscription (participating providers only) or you need to purchase the SNY package.

You must link your provider to your MLB.com account here using the same email address associated with your account.

A different MLB.com email address cannot be linked to your provider credentials.

If your email has previously been registered to MLB.com, you do not need to register that email address again. Just link your existing MLB.com account to your provider credentials.

How do I watch on the Web?

Select the SNY Mets game you wish to view from the Multimedia Center. You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password.
As long as the computer meets the system requirements then you can log in with your registered email address and password to access your subscription from anywhere at any time.

How do I watch on Mobile Devices?

MLB App access is included for FREE with SNY. To access SNY on your favorite supported Apple or Android mobile device, please follow the steps below. For a full list of supported devices, click here.

To view SNY on your supported mobile device after activating SNY please follow the steps below:

Apple Devices go to the iTunes App Store / Android Devices go to the Google Play Market/ Amazon Devices go to the Amazon Store.

Download the free MLB App.
Open “MLB” and tap on “Subscriber Login” for Apple Devices or “Sign in with MLB.com” for Android Devices.
Type in your MLB.com credentials and tap “Log In.”

To access live or on-demand content, tap on the "Watch" tab from the bottom navigation bar. Select the "Games" sub-tab to see a listing of available games. You can scroll to previous dates using the left and right arrows. Tap on a game to select from the game feeds available.

How do I watch on Connected Devices?

To watch SNY Mets games on mobile and connected devices, download the MLB app and select the game you wish to view.
You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password.

How do I select the Mets as my favorite team during onboarding?

In order to view Mets news, highlights, schedule, ticketing, standings, and roster, you will want to access their Team Page. You can also configure a "Favorite Team," which will create an additional tab for quick access to this information.

Scroll down until you see "Account Settings" and tap on it

Tap on the "Favorite Team" row to launch the favorite team picker
