The Rangers jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first period on goals by Boo Nieves and Jesper Fast and never looked back, en route to a 6-2 win over the Sabres. 

Vladislav Namestnikov had two goals, including going back-to-back with Pavel Buchnevich within eight seconds of each other to put the game out of Buffalo's reach in the third period. >> Box score
