Nets guard Kyrie Irving (right shoulder recovery) will miss Saturday’s game against the Mavericks.

Irving led the way for the Nets in their 129-92 win over the Magic on Thursday. He had 27 points, five rebounds and nine assists as Brooklyn coasted to its eighth straight victory.

Irving has been even more integral to the Nets’ offense than normal in the absence of Kevin Durant, and is averaging 27.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and 6.3 assists in seven games during Brooklyn’s eight-game winning streak. He also sat for the Nets’ win over the Suns on Feb. 16.
