Who is starting for the Mets?

Trevor Williams, who is making his seventh start of the year (15th appearance). As a starter, he owns a 4.88 ERA (13 earned runs/24.0 innings). Max Scherzer’s imminent return (and Jacob deGrom’s) could put Williams in the bullpen for the rest of the year after Saturday, where his ERA drops all the way down to 2.00.

Who is starting for the Rangers?

Martin Perez, who is quietly in the AL Cy Young Award running with his 2.22 ERA. He’s not overpowering, but he keeps the ball in the park - his 0.2 HR/9 is the best mark in baseball. He has allowed four or more earned runs in two of his last four outings, though.
