Who is starting for the Mets?

Max Scherzer, who has been a dominant menace since returning from the injured list. He's allowed just three earned runs in 19.1 innings since his return (1.40 ERA). In 11 appearances this year, he's pitching to a 2.22 ERA, striking out 11.7 batters per nine with a 0.88 WHIP.

Who is starting for the Padres?

Yu Darvish, who has figured himself out after a rough beginning to the season. After starting the season with a 4.62 ERA, he's pitched to a 2.73 clip in his last 10 starts. In his lone outing against the Mets earlier this year, he tossed seven scoreless inning while allowing just two hits and no walks and striking out six.
