This week on Mets Prospective presented by Verizon, hosts Jacob Resnick and Joe DeMayo interview Mets 3B prospect Mark Vientos, the 21-year-old third baseman who was recently promoted from Double-A Binghamton to Triple-A Syracuse.

Jacob and Joe caught up with the power hitting righty to discuss the adjustments he's had to make over the years after being drafted by the Mets as a 17-year-old, his first experience at big league spring training, and the advice he received from Francisco Lindor

Vientos also talks about his relationship with fellow third base prospect Brett Baty, whom he recently spent time playing with in Double-A.

Meanwhile, Jacob and Joe share their thoughts on the progression being made by two of the top prospects in the system: No. 1 prospect Francisco Alvarez and shortstop Ronny Mauricio.
