SNY MLB Insider Andy Martino reported that the Mets have agreed to a 1-year $6 million deal with OF Tommy Pham. The Mets offered a similar deal to Adam Duvall, who signed with the Red Sox for similar money and more playing time. Andy also says this move is to help keep prospect Francisco Alvarez out of the DH spot, as the team hopes to have him catching full time.
