Who is starting for the Mets?

RHP Noah Syndergaard (4.93 ERA/1.25 WHIP), who is looking to bounce back after getting smacked around by the Tigers in his last outing at Citi Field. He allowed six runs on 10 hits (tied season-high) while striking out nine and walking one over 5.1 innings.

Syndergaard said after that game that he was struggling with his mechanics, something he would work on all week. It will be put to the test tonight.

Who is starting for the Dodgers?

RHP Walker Buehler (3.58 ERA/1.05 WHIP), who was solid last time out against the Pirates. In LA's 10-2 win, he allowed just one run on five hits while striking out six and walking one over six innings of work.

Buehler has allowed only one earned run in his last three starts.

Upcoming schedule
