The Mets' full schedule for the 2023 MLB season has been released.

Here are the highlights...

  • Opening Day on March 30 against the Marlins in Miami
  • Home Opener at Citi Field on April 6
  • The Subway Series against the Yankees will take place from June 13-14 at Citi Field and July 25-26 at Yankee Stadium
  • For the first time, every team will play all 29 other teams. That means the Mets will have interleague series at home against the Tampa Bay Rays, Cleveland Guardians, Toronto Blue Jays, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Angels, Texas Rangers, and Seattle Mariners
  • The Mets' interleague series on the road will be against the Oakland Athletics, Detroit Tigers, Houston Astros, Boston Red Sox, Kansas City Royals, Baltimore Orioles, and Minnesota Twins
  • As a consequence of all the interleague series, there will be fewer in-division games. For example, the Mets will play the Atlanta Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, Washington Nationals, and Marlins just 13 times each
  • The Mets' longest road trip of the season is a 10 game West Coast swing against Oakland, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and San Francisco Giants from April 14 to 23
  • The Mets have two nine-game homestands -- one in August and one that bridges the end of August and beginning of September
  • The Mets finish the regular season with a six-game homestand against the Marlins and Phillies from Sept. 26 to Oct. 1
