Things to know about Sunday's game

1. The Knicks lost for the 22nd time in their last 24 games, falling to 10-38 after they surrendered back-to-back Wayne Ellington 3-pointers that turned a two-point deficit into an eight-point game with 1:08 left.

2. New York was outscored 29-12 in the third quarter and trailed 81-68 after Miami went on a 20-4 run. But the Knicks used a 13-2 run capped by a Tim Hardaway Jr. 3-pointer to tie the game at 90 with 4:01 remaining in the fourth.

3. Hardaway scored 13 of his 22 points in the first half, while each of the other Knicks starters scored a combined 16 points on 7-of-19 shooting. Frank Ntilikina, starting in place of Emmanuel Mudiay, scored six points on 3-of-6 shooting, while Kevin Knox was held to four points.

4. All five Heat starters were in double figures, led by Ellington's 18 points, while Hassan Whiteside had a double-double of 13 points and 16 rebounds. Dwyane Wade scored 15 points off the bench in his penultimate game at The Garden.
