Miles McBride has been sent to the G League, the Knicks announced on Wednesday.

New York selected McBride 36th overall in this past year's draft, via Oklahoma City, and was the Knicks' penultimate selection.

McBride has largely been out of the rotation, accumulating just a total of one minute and 17 seconds of on-court time. He's been on the floor for more than one minute in a game just twice this season - in a 25-point win in Orlando, and a 17-point loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

McBride will be available for the Westchester Knicks on Wednesday night when they take on the Long Island Nets at Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport, Conn.

This will give the 21-year-old West Virginia alum plenty of game reps as he warms up to the NBA level.
