Who is starting for the Yankees?

LHP J.A. Happ (6-3, 4.48 ERA), who has lowered his ERA by 0.68 over his last three starts. In his last start in Toronto Happ allowed just one run in seven innings, and if he can provide consistent performance it'll be a huge boost to the Yankees' rotation.

Who is starting for the White Sox?

RHP Iván Nova (3-5, 6.28 ERA), the former Yankee who's struggled mightily on the south side of Chicago. Entering Thursday, Nova has allowed the most hits in the majors with 97. However, one of his best starts of the season came against his former team back on April 13, when he allowed one run in six innings.

Upcoming schedule

The Yankees continue their series with the White Sox on Friday at 8:10 p.m. LHP CC Sabathia (3-3, 3.96 ERA) is set to start for the Yanks, while the red-hot RHP Lucas Giolito (9-1, 2.28 ERA) is Chicago's scheduled starter.
