Round 1, No. 20: LW Cole Eiserman
The 18-year-old from Massachusetts appeared in 57 games for the U-18 National Team last season where he tallied 58 goals and 31 assists (89 points).
He also set a U.S. National Team Development Program (USNTDP) record for career goals (127).
Round 2, No. 54: D Jesse Pulkkinen
The 19-year-old from Finland is listed at 6-foot-6, 220 pounds and played for JYP in the top-level Finnish Liiga during the 2023-24 regular season. He scored two goals and eight points while averaging 17:56 of ice time in 29 games. Pulkkinen also totaled 11 goals and 28 points in 18 games with JYP’s junior club in the Finnish U-20 league.
Round 2, No. 61: C Kamil Bednarik
Bednarik, 18, is committed to playing alongside Islanders first-round pick Cole Eiserman next year at Boston University. He recorded 95 points (37 G, 58 A) in 88 games this season with the USNTDP.
Round 4, No. 115: G Dmitry Gamzin
The 6-foot-2, 21-year-old keeper played 13 games in the KHL for CSKA Moskva last season, going 7-4-1. He allowed 1.98 goals on average and stopped .937 percent of shots. Over 23 games with Zvezda Moskva in the VHL, Gamzin posted a 2.42 GAA and stopped .922 percent of shots.
Round 5, No. 147: G Marcus Gidlof
New York used back-to-back picks on goalies, adding the 18-year-old from Sweden in the fifth round. Gidlof is listed at 6-foot-6 and 212 pounds. He went 14-12 as the goalie for Leksands IF J20 in the J20 Nationell in 2023-24, posting a 2.22 GAA and .923 save percentage.
Round 6, No. 179: D Xavier Veilleux
Veilleux, 18, is committed to playing at Harvard University this upcoming season a year after posting 32 points (29 assists) with the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the USHL.
