With the NBA, WNBA, and NHL all shuttered on Thursday as the players protested racial injustice and police brutality, the Mets and Marlins were among the MLB teams that didn't play as scheduled.

Following an afternoon where Mets and Marlins players decided how to handle Thursday night's game, players from both teams took the field at 7:10 p.m. before observing a 42-second moment of silence and walking off.

The game was postponed, and all that was left on the field was a Black Lives Matter t-shirt on home plate.
