When the 2019-20 NHL season was paused due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Rangers were in position to make a run, but still on the outside looking in when it came to the playoffs.

The Rangers' odds to win it all are currently +7500, per William Hill Sports Book, giving them the same odds as four other teams, including the Islanders.

Only two teams -- the Montreal Canadiens and Chicago Blackhawks, both at +1000 -- have longer odds than the Blueshirts.

When it comes to their qualifying round matchup against the No. 6 Hurricanes, it should be noted that the Rangers dominated them earlier this season, winning all four games.
