'Yall should be ashamed of yall selves!'

The Jets shot themselves in the foot numerous times during Sunday’s loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

They not only turned the ball over twice, including a 92-yard interception returned for a touchdown by big man and old friend Leonard Williams, but they were also penalized 12 different times.

Eight of those came during New York’s fourth-quarter meltdown.

Three came on fourth down.

Two gave the Seahawks a first down during their game-winning drive.

Simply put, it was not pretty.

While some of them were clear and obvious calls against the defense, others were a bit more questionable, and Jets cornerback D.J. Reed took to social media after the game to voice his frustration with the officiating.

Interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich, on the other hand, decided to keep his thoughts to himself until after he reviews the tape.

"I have to look at every single one of those penalties and see if they’re real,” he said. "If they’re real we have to see what caused them and get to the bottom of it. It’s not okay. It’s not acceptable. It’s not our standard. Penalties extend drives, we can not let that happen."
