Who is starting for the Phillies?

Matt Moore, who has not pitched since May 20 due to back issues. The veteran left-hander has struggled in his first season in Philadelphia, pitching to a 7.36 ERA. Moore only made three starts this season before losing his spot in the rotation by the end of April.
