Giants linebacker Alec Ogletree injured his hamstring in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers and will not return today.
He seemed to pull his hamstring after running down the field with what he thought was a recovered fumble after Dexter Lawrence knocked the ball out of Jameis Winston's hand on a throw. Ogletree slowed down on the run and was knocked over by Jabrill Peppers, who wanted the linebacker to keep on running.
The play was called dead and was ruled an incomplete pass by Winston.
New York's defensive captain and leader joins running back Saquon Barkley, who injured his ankle in the same quarter, on the sidelines for the remainder of the game.
LB Alec Ogletree (hamstring) and RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) are OUT for the remainder of the game.

Additionally, another linebacker was ruled out for the Giants mid-game Sunday, as Tae Davis left the game with a concussion.
