The Giants added another player to the COVID list on Thursday, as CB Adoree' Jackson has entered the protocol.

Being unvaccinated, Jackson is out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys at MetLife Stadium and must be away from the team for at least 10 days.

WR John RossLB Oshane Ximines, LB Cam Brown, and CB Aaron Robinson also recently tested positive for COVID-19, the team announced Wednesday.

Additionally, S Xavier McKinney has been flagged as a high-risk close contact.

All six players have been placed on the COVID list.

If McKinney continues to test negative, he will be allowed to return to the facility on Saturday and would be able to play on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.

WR Kadarius Toney also recently tested positive for COVID. Toney was placed on the COVID list on Monday for the second time this season.

There have been COVID outbreaks in the three active major United States sports leagues this week.

Those outbreaks have impacted the NFL (where the Washington Football team has 21 players on the COVID list), the NBA (the Chicago Bulls' last two games have been postponed after they placed 10 players on the COVID list) and NHL (where an outbreak recently forced the postponement of a game between the Carolina Hurricanes and Minnesota Wild).
