Five former members of the Mets organization will compete for Team USA in the upcoming Tokyo Olympics.

Todd Frazier, Scott Kazmir, Ryder Ryan, Patrick Kivlehan and Simeon Woods Richardson, who were all a part of the Mets system at some point in their careers, made the Team USA roster, it was announced Friday.

Only Frazier ever played for the Mets in the majors, from 2018-2019, and then again briefly in 2020.

Kazmir was drafted No. 15 overall by the Mets in the 2002 MLB draft before being traded to the Tampa Bay Rays after some time in the Mets' minors.

Ryan spent time with multiple teams in the Mets farm system from 2017-2020 before being traded to the Texas Rangers.

Kivlehan signed a minor league deal with the Mets in 2018 but spent just a few months in the system before being shipped to the Arizona Diamondbacks for cash considerations.

Woods Richardson was selected by the Mets with the 48th overall pick in the 2018 MLB Draft. He went from the GCL Mets up to the St. Lucie Mets before being included in the trade that brought Marcus Stroman to New York from the Toronto Blue Jays in 2019.

Team USA begins the Olympic games with a matchup with Team Israel on July 30.
