After edging the Red Sox 4-3 in Game 2 to tie their Wild Card series, Yankees manager Aaron Boone said there was no issue between him and Jazz Chisholm after he did not start Game 1. He proved to be a difference -maker in Game 2, with a diving defensive play to save a run, working out a walk and eventually scoring the go-ahead run in the eighth inning. Boone also credited the Yankees defense which turned a pair of huge double plays and the bullpen for keeping Boston at bay.
